Ái Vân

Ái Vân was born in Hanoi, the daughter of artist Ái Liên, and studied at the Hanoi Conservatory of Music from 1969 to 1978. After graduating she joined the Central Light Music Song and Dance Troupe and became one of the audience's favourite voices; she also played the lead role in the film "Chị Nhung".

In 1988 she was awarded the title of Meritorious Artist at just 36. From 1991 she worked with Thúy Nga's Paris By Night, then lived and performed in the United States, returning to perform in Hanoi in 2002.

In 2016 she published her memoir "Để gió cuốn đi", and in 2024 she appeared in the feature film "Biệt đội hot girl".

Babyface Entertainment, a Vietnam casting agency since 2009, helps brands, agencies and production houses book Ái Vân for commercials, TVCs, key-visual shoots, events and KOL campaigns, working through the artist’s management to confirm availability and fees.

Ái Vân was one of the outstanding pop voices of the 1980s. In 1988 she was awarded the title of Meritorious Artist by the State.
