Bảo Nhân

Bảo Nhân was born in Huế, attended Quốc Học Huế High School and qualified as a general medical doctor at Huế University of Medicine and Pharmacy before turning to film. He has worked in film since the early 2010s, writing the sitcom Tiệm bánh Hoàng tử bé (2013) and directing the TV series Mùa oải hương năm ấy (2014).

In 2016, he and Namcito released Gái già lắm chiêu and Chạy đi rồi tính, launching the series Gái già lắm chiêu 2 (2018), 3 (2020) and V: Những cuộc đời vương giả (2021). These films earned Ngôi Sao Xanh (Green Star) Awards for Best Feature Film (2019, 2020) and the Cánh Diều Bạc (Silver Kite) – Best Director in 2021.

He went on to direct and produce Cô gái từ quá khứ (2022) and Chốt đơn! (2025).

Babyface Entertainment, a Vietnam casting agency since 2009, helps brands, agencies and production houses book Bảo Nhân for commercials, TVCs, key-visual shoots, events and KOL campaigns, working through the artist’s management to confirm availability and fees.

Together with his partner Nam Cito, director Bảo Nhân turned the Gái già lắm chiêu series into a consistently award-winning franchise: the 2019 Ngôi Sao Xanh Awards gave it Best Feature Film and Best Director, and the 2020 Ngôi Sao Xanh again named Gái già lắm chiêu 3 in the best film category. At professional awards, part 3 received a Cánh Diều Certificate of Merit; part V earned the Cánh Diều Bạc, Best Feature Film Director and the Jury Prize at the 22nd Vietnam Film Festival (2021).
