Chi Pu
Chi Pu is a singer, actress and model born in 1993 in Hanoi. Audiences know her from the feature films Yêu, Vệ sĩ Sài Gòn and Chị chị em em, and she has pursued music professionally since 2017 with singles such as Từ hôm nay (Feel Like Ooh) and Anh ơi ở lại. In 2023 she took part in Đạp gió 2023 (Sisters Who Make Waves season 4) in China and finished in sixth place overall.
Career story
Chi Pu attended Lê Quý Đôn High School (Hanoi) and a foundation English course at RMIT University before moving fully into the arts. She reached the Top 20 of Miss Teen in 2009, then appeared in the sitcoms Bộ tứ 10A8 and 5S Online and the film Thần tượng (2013); the short film Cô gái trên tầng thượng, in which she appeared, won the 2014 Cánh Diều Vàng (Golden Kite) award in the short film category.
In 2014–2015 she acted in Hương Ga and Chung cư ma, finished third on Bước nhảy hoàn vũ (Dancing with the Stars) season 6, and landed her first leading film role in Yêu. Since 2017 she has worked professionally in music, releasing the EP Ánh trăng nói hộ lòng tôi (2020), while continuing to act in Vệ sĩ Sài Gòn (2016), LALA: Hãy để em yêu anh (2018), Chị chị em em (2019) and Mười: Lời nguyền trở lại (2022).
In 2022 she was a team captain on Street Dance Việt Nam, and in 2023 she competed on Đạp gió 2023 in China, placing sixth and winning two additional awards.
Babyface Entertainment, a Vietnam casting agency since 2009, helps brands, agencies and production houses book Chi Pu for commercials, TVCs, key-visual shoots, events and KOL campaigns, working through the artist’s management to confirm availability and fees.

Chi Pu has been recognised across film, music and fashion: the Rising Star award at the 2016 Asia Artist Awards in Seoul was her first international milestone, alongside two honours at the ELLE Style Awards (2015, 2017). In 2019–2020 she received the Outstanding Concept MV award at the WebTVAsia Awards for 'Anh ơi ở lại', was named on Forbes' Asia's 100 Digital Stars list and won Favourite Film Actress at the 2020 Ngôi Sao Xanh (Blue Star) Awards. At the WeChoice Awards 2023 she was honoured in several categories, including Inspirational Ambassador, linked to her activities in the Chinese market.
