Hoàng Phương

Hoàng Phương was born in 1995 and grew up in Khánh Hòa, attended Ngô Gia Tự High School and graduated in Architecture from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH). In 2019, when Miss Universe Vietnam was held in Khánh Hòa, she entered to pursue her love of the runway and reached the Top 10 along with the Beauty of the Sea award.

She returned for Miss Universe Vietnam 2022 and reached the Top 5 with the Best Catwalk award. In 2023 she was crowned Miss Grand Vietnam, then placed fourth runner-up and won Best National Costume at Miss Grand International 2023.

She has runway experience at Seoul Fashion Week 2019 and Vietnam International Fashion Week and has shot for magazines such as Elle and Her World; in 2025 she was appointed executive director of Miss Grand Vietnam.

Babyface Entertainment, a Vietnam casting agency since 2009, helps brands, agencies and production houses book Lê Hoàng Phương for commercials, TVCs, key-visual shoots, events and KOL campaigns, working through the artist’s management to confirm availability and fees.

Lê Hoàng Phương reached the Top 10 of Miss Universe Vietnam 2019 with the Beauty of the Sea award, then returned to reach the Top 5 in the 2022 season with the Best Catwalk award. In 2023 she was crowned Miss Grand Vietnam and went on to place fourth runner-up at Miss Grand International 2023, while also being among the winners of Best National Costume.
