Nguyễn
Văn Chung

Nguyễn Văn Chung began his songwriting career in the early 2000s, with the song "Vầng trăng khóc", performed by Nhật Tinh Anh and Khánh Ngọc, becoming widely known. He has consistently provided title tracks for albums by many singers, such as "Đứng dậy vươn vai" (Akira Phan, 2008) and Cao Thái Sơn's "Con đường mưa" (2009) and "Cầu vồng sau mưa" (2010), as well as the hit "Chiếc khăn gió ấm".

From 2009 to 2012, he was in Làn Sóng Xanh's (Green Wave) Top 10 favorite songwriters four years in a row; the song "Nhật ký của mẹ", sung by Hiền Thục, further expanded his writing on family themes. In 2019 he released the studio album "Chung 36".

In recent years he has turned strongly to national themes with "Viết tiếp câu chuyện hòa bình" (A Prize, Ho Chi Minh City Music Association 2023) and "Nỗi đau giữa hòa bình" – the closing song of the film "Mưa đỏ", performed by Hòa Minzy (2025). He has also tried acting in "Lưới trời" (2021) and the feature film "Ốc mượn hồn" (2026), and took part in Anh Trai Vượt Ngàn Chông Gai season 2 (2026).

Babyface Entertainment, a Vietnam casting agency since 2009, helps brands, agencies and production houses book Nguyễn Văn Chung for commercials, TVCs, key-visual shoots, events and KOL campaigns, working through the artist’s management to confirm availability and fees.

Nguyễn Văn Chung was recognized early by audiences, appearing in Làn Sóng Xanh's Top 10 favorite songwriters four years in a row (2009–2012). His songs about the nation have earned him the A Prize of the Ho Chi Minh City Music Association (2023), a series of awards in 2025 and the Làn Sóng Xanh 2025 Special Award for "Viết tiếp câu chuyện hòa bình", before he was named Songwriter of the Year at Cống hiến 2026.
