PewPew
PewPew (Hoàng Văn Khoa) is a Vietnamese content creator, former game streamer and entrepreneur. He is known for Dota 2 and League of Legends game commentary and talk-show content on YouTube, where his channel had about 3.68 million subscribers (September 2025).
Career story
PewPew was born on 23 June 1991 in Kiến An, Hải Phòng. He began streaming Dota 2 in 2012 under the name PewPew, and in 2013 worked as a commentator for Dota 2 tournaments in Australia.
His content expanded from Dota 2 and League of Legends commentary to talk shows and late-night chat segments from around 2016, along with many guest appearances on TV game shows. In 2014 he opened PewPew Studio; from 2017 to 2019 he partnered with the Creatory network, receiving YouTube's Silver and Gold Play Buttons in 2017 and 2018 respectively.
He has also appeared in advertising films for Garena Liên Quân Mobile and Garena Free Fire. From 2019 he shifted his focus to business with the PewPew bánh mì shops (first opened in 2018 in Tân Bình, Ho Chi Minh City) and co-founded the Sà Bì Chưởng cơm tấm restaurant with Độ Mixi and Xemesis in June 2022.
Babyface Entertainment, a Vietnam casting agency since 2009, helps brands, agencies and production houses book PewPew for commercials, TVCs, key-visual shoots, events and KOL campaigns, working through the artist’s management to confirm availability and fees.
