Trấn Thành

Trấn Thành entered the profession after winning third prize at the Én Vàng 2006 contest for television hosts. He quickly became a familiar MC on programs such as Thử thách cùng bước nhảy, Cầu vồng nghệ thuật and Gala Cười 2011, and later Rap Việt (2020).

In parallel, he built a film acting career and voiced characters in many animated films such as Madagascar 3 and Turbo. His role in Cua lại vợ bầu earned him Best Leading Actor at the 21st Vietnam Film Festival (2019), and he made a further mark as Bác Ba Phi in Đất rừng phương Nam.

In 2021, he moved into directing with Bố già, followed in succession by Nhà bà Nữ (2023), Mai (2024), Bộ tứ báo thủ (2025) and Thỏ ơi!! (2026). All the films he has directed are among the highest-grossing Vietnamese films, with Mai alone surpassing 551 billion VND.

With his ability to lead the stage as well as work both in front of and behind the camera, Trấn Thành has strong reach for large-scale brand campaigns.

Babyface Entertainment, a Vietnam casting agency since 2009, helps brands, agencies and production houses book Trấn Thành for commercials, TVCs, key-visual shoots, events and KOL campaigns, working through the artist’s management to confirm availability and fees.

From Favorite MC and Favorite Comedian awards at the VTV Awards 2015 and HTV Awards 2016, Trấn Thành proved his acting ability with Best Leading Actor at the 2019 Vietnam Film Festival. As a director, he has repeatedly been honored as Best Director at Ngôi Sao Xanh (Blue Star) (Bố già, Nhà bà Nữ) and two years in a row at the Da Nang Asian Film Festival (Nhà bà Nữ 2023, Mai 2024).
