Vân Trang

Vân Trang was born in Tiền Giang, moved to Ho Chi Minh City in eighth grade and studied at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Theatre and Cinema. She began acting in 2007 with the role of Vân in the television series Đam mê, the same year she received her stage name from director Đinh Đức Liêm.

In 2010, her role in Lối sống sai lầm earned her a Mai Vàng (Golden Apricot) Award, after which she appeared in the feature films Cô dâu đại chiến (2011), Thiên mệnh anh hùng (2012) and Scandal: Bí mật thảm đỏ (2012). In 2013, she won Best Leading Actress at the 18th Vietnam Film Festival, and in 2015 sat on the festival's jury.

She went on to appear in Oán (2017), Chuyện ma gần nhà (2022), Kẻ ẩn danh (2023) and Bus: Chuyến xe một chiều (2026), while also performing plays at the Thiên Đăng stage and hosting the programs Tôi làm Ngôi sao and Tôi yêu Việt Nam.

Babyface Entertainment, a Vietnam casting agency since 2009, helps brands, agencies and production houses book Vân Trang for commercials, TVCs, key-visual shoots, events and KOL campaigns, working through the artist’s management to confirm availability and fees.

Vân Trang has made her mark in both television and film: from the Mai Vàng 2010 award for Favorite Television Actress for the role of My in Lối sống sai lầm, to the Friendly Artist award at the HTV Awards 2012. Her role in Scandal: Bí mật thảm đỏ earned her Best Leading Actress at the 18th Vietnam Film Festival (2013), and she was further honored at the Vietnamese Film Festival in France 2014. Also in 2014, she shared Best Television Actress at the first Ngôi Sao Xanh (Blue Star) Awards for the role of Lượm in Sông dài.
